So generally don't I wouldn't call it coercive control.

I would explain the actions that have been happening and allow the court to with to draw their own conclusions.

And I don't know what state you're m what state you live in, but

If you were to record, said

the children talking to their father and you obviously can tell you can hear it, you know what's being said from the other side.

But technically, you're not allowed to record a conversation between two peop two people other than yourself in most instances.

But the court family court can waive the rules of evidence, Commonwealth rules of evidence, and it would be a good way to have it there to to say, I recorded

once.

And this is what he said. 'Cause once would be enough for a court to to really be thinking about whether those phone calls are of any benefit at all.

And the court has said there's no pro they've got no problem with making orders that the children have no contact with a person who is dangerous to them.

And there was a thing where we wouldn't want to make supervision orders for

long term, but the courts do sometimes.

So I think at this point, don't feel

impelled or compelled to go on to graduating unsupervised overnight in days where no, I think the court has to take your ex as they find him and the kids as they find them.
