I think a lot of it is that they just don't want to move.

They don't want to give the other person space and they set all these conditions.

I'm saying, I'm not moving out till we've got parenting plan ord ordered or I'm not moving out until we sell the house.

So they just sort of sit there.

And it used to be such a rare thing.

And I think they're able to use the rental market and maybe the lack of properties to move to as a bit of

an excuse, but most of them have somewhere else they can go.
