And if you brought that information to the attention of the court, they would think that's very strange and make an order that only one person stay in the house.
It is a form of coercive control and you can be sure, I'll take a s stab at this, you can be pretty sure that if you do get him out, he will have found a way to surveil the house before he goes.

You've got to be careful with everything.
So the things that you can tell the court, you can s tell the court hearsay of what your child has said or what has happened, but the better way is to get a family report.
So the younger child can, in his own words, talk about what's been happening.
And then when you get to court, the court is definitely seeing that as causing emotional or psychological harm to the children.
And that would be a grounds then for the court to remain
remove the children from the primary care perhaps of that person, or maybe even unsupervised time, it may be pulled back to supervised time because if they can't stop
after separation, they're not going to stop, are they?
