Um, so I think we're gonna get started with uh just asking you, Colette, kinda how you got interested in this topic uh and what what motivated you to write this paper.
And does each just to clarify from my understanding, does each state kind of get an allotment and then it's up to the state to distribute to hospitals and then it's up to hospitals to distribute to patients?
Ha uh uh one thing that's going through my mind, and I I'm glad to hear you're doing it, because you can tell us the answer to this, which is how are um primary teams sort of how's the communication going?
Cause I could imagine one scenario where frontline providers would really be wanting to advocate and push back against um
your random assignment versus others wh who might express sort of great relief that they don't have to make the decision.
Um, so I'm just curious what that's been like.
Yeah, I will have to say for me, that is my big as a relatively inexperienced member of our ethics committee.
Um, I to me that was really the m sort of big take home learning point going through all this is the difference between sort of a public health framework and a clinical framework.
And I could imagine
And that's why I was asking about the frontline clinicians kind of butting up against that or having to really offer that education um as you go through this each time.
