Well, just what I've talked about, I do try to meditate as often as I possibly can, but I also carry it around in my being all the time.

You know, this idea of intention lives with me.

I just literally never am not consciously aware of my intentions.

And I'll tell you, it has changed my life because I used to go through terrible depressions and I also used to be quite negative and worrying.

I was a worrier.

And since I started to understand about how my conscious thoughts and the meditation, I have had...

And my world has changed.

My way of seeing things has changed.

I love my life.

I absolutely am.

Here I am.

I know that I'm not going to die tomorrow, but that, you know, 82, you're starting to look at the end.

But I'm not, I don't want to go yet.

I've got so much I want to do.

You know, and I just love every day and every minute.

So that being positive as much as possible.

And even if you write down a positive thing every day, you know, gratitude.

Gratitude is really important.
