Jodie Lowinger suggests that one of the factors leading to increasing anxiety in young people is the technologically driven environment we now live in.
Willow first started feeling anxious after she and her family moved to Australia from Singapore and she started in a new school.
Did you experience any bullying?
So when you were feeling worried and anxious, what did you feel in your body?
Willow eventually told her mother that the kids were teasing her.
Then her teacher asked the girls to stop being mean.
