and keep your mouth shut when it comes to your biggest goals and dreams and lock in and put your head down and focus on you and what you need to get done and your tasks that you need to complete for the day. podcast-host

Stop draining and leaking your energy to other people that aren't gonna understand your vision, okay? podcast-host

This is the beginning steps of playing the long-term game and probably one of the most important factors in playing the long-term game. podcast-host

Stop telling people your long-term plans. podcast-host

Because what ends up happening is even if they are happy for you, your brain, when you start leaking out all of your plans and things that you want to do and all of your manifestations and your goals, your brain is leaking the manifestation and thinks that you've already completed the task. podcast-host

I've noticed such a difference in my productivity levels when I keep my plans to myself and I hone in on my own energy and I get everything done. podcast-host

I don't speak of what I'm doing throughout the day to anyone. podcast-host

You can ask any of my friends and anyone in my family. podcast-host

No one knows what I'm up to or what I'm doing 80% of the time. podcast-host

I am a very private person, even though I'm a very public social media person in a lot of ways, I'm a very private person when it comes to my daily rituals and schedule and routines. podcast-host
