Uh, business as usual, you know, and in some regards, um, I know it feels as if this is worse than it's ever been.
But throughout the history of this country, government has always been sort of at media, at free speech.
You know, this Don I teach at my school is one of the first lectures I give.
The very first newspaper on this land lasted one day.
Public occurrences.
Why did it close?
Because the government shut it down.
I mean, that's always been.
And so this is a cycle in a lot of ways.
What makes it scarier is the empirical power of wealth.
In this context, you know, we haven't seen this kind of accumulation of wealth in quite some time.
But again, if you go back to when I just talked about public occurrences, that wealth was accumulated at that time in the colonial powers of England and other nations.
And so we've seen free speech be challenged like this in many different fashions across mankind.
And this is the latest iteration of that.
Basically, the- Are you counting this corporation of industrialized slavery?
Because if you count that one, the newspapers did not push back on that.
In fact, the newspapers have encouraged that for quite some time.
