And so I'm always going to check as long as I'm able to write and think and speak and all those good things because I feel that's one of the reasons why I'm here is to keep pushing for that work, Don.

I mean, how did it hit you?
It's the very same way.
You saw I remember the quote word for word just like you did.
Because it was one of those moments when you realize, oh, that one can't be saved.
You know, that one was gone.
Some of them, you throw a life raft and you can, you know, help them find themselves, the sense of integrity, and they get back on shore and they go, oh, thank you for rescuing me.
I lost myself.
Like Chris Christie, for instance, he said that, you know, publicly.
I, you know, was caught up in trying to get power and I lost myself.
And that's the reason why he ran against President Trump the way that he did, because he was trying to get in touch with his own integrity.
Well, sometimes you throw out that little, you know, little lifesaver out and they're too far out.
And you can't get them.
And I just felt that was a moment where I looked and I just go, you know, this lifesaver can't reach him.
He gone.
I think that the media in general, I won't say the media in general, I would say seasoned journalists, right?
