I wonder if they considered, do you remember back in the day we used to have like a couple of county teams turn up in their off-season to come do some summer training or warm weather training in the Caribbean and basically play in our competition.
I wonder if they considered reaching out to whether USA, Canada, a couple of county teams and saying, as long as you're willing to pay,
whether all of the funding or at least a majority of the funding, then you get your teams that way, right?
I wonder if they thought outside of the box in that regard.
But again, that type of thing didn't come up in the thing.

They spoke about an underperforming franchise system, inadequate fitness and conditioning standards, gaps in infrastructure and facilities.
And what was interesting is one of the things they also said now needs to change is they said accountability and standards need to improve.
And they said that franchise teams, and for those who are watching this who aren't from the Caribbean, in this sense, franchise does literally mean the nations and islands.
So Leewards, Wynwoods, Guyana, Trinidad, Barbados, Jamaica, et cetera.
And they said franchise teams will now submit individual development plans and meet new minimum standards.
Player fitness will be closely tracked, supported by a new regional fitness leaderboard.
