But my definition of adding the human element into it is this.

My definition of that is, is your client, is the development of your client
about money or is the development of your client about that player actually getting better across all formats of cricket?
Let me say that line again.
Is the development of your client purely about money or is the development of your client about them, their personal improvement as a human being and as a cricketer and by proxy, therefore, that improves them across all formats of cricket and therefore the wider betterment of West Indies cricket?
Let me not call any names, right?
Let me put myself in the mix, right?
Do I want to be a cricket agent?
No.
Could I be a cricket agent?
Of course I could.
But the difference between how I would go about it and how I think it's currently being operated in West Indies cricket is right about now, there is so much raw talent in West Indies cricket that it's quite easy to basically go around the region and just hoover talent up.
You just hoover it up.
IPL franchises do it.
Everybody else does it.
You just hoover the talent up, right?
