So I'm an agent and I'm watching the player and he's just stinking out the joint.

And I can see, boy, this player needs to just focus on a stint of red ball cricket.
He needs to focus on the stint of red ball cricket.
He needs to allow the white ball stuff for a while to just kind of harness his technique and go back to basics and so on and so forth.
How many agents have those conversations with the cricketers versus how many agents are just thinking, what's the next league I can get this cricketer into?
Those are the questions I want answered.
I am saying they've got a role to play.
Which is, this is so, so for example, right, what's the next T20 league on the horizon?
I think there was just an announcement of all the players who have put their name forward for the South Africa T20 auction, right?
Or the SA20.
Now, of course, I'm not saying, I think there was like 20 something West Indian cricketers have put their, and therefore their agents have put them forward for the SA20, right?
Now, without me immediately going to look at what the West Indies schedule is next year and what that might clash with, my thing is, without calling names, there were some players who I saw on the list for that SA20 where I thought, you could do with not playing that tournament, actually, because you need to actually work on elements of your game.
And I'm not convinced that that tournament is going to improve your game.
Yeah, it might help you tweak one bits and pieces of your T20 game, but you've got so many clear deficiencies that that's not actually going to help your game.
And it's those type of things that I'm talking about.
