If you just go 15-minute quarters, maximum up to 20,

That would be better because the quarters are like 30 minutes apiece, way too long.

From a player safety standpoint, that's too much running.

If you shorten the game, the owners will like it better.

But you can do this if you just take away that four and a half minutes that they get to set up and kick a goal.

If you just cut that to the ref sets it, you get 10 seconds from when the ref sets it to start your run up.

That'll take all that time out.

Oh, yeah, the dribbling.

I think that maybe was a rule that was implemented to keep the really good players from dominating.

Because it was like, oh, make him dribble so he can't just run by us.

But now everybody's really good.

So just if you take out the dribble, there's more juke moves.
