You can do this so much faster.
And that's when I think kids and parents start to really realize the value of the fact that we are giving them back their most valuable resource, which is time.
You know, very sadly, I think the state of young culture is really in a bad place.
And I think schools are not helping in that.
Kids aren't given great avenues for being supported, for learning.
And I think that, you know, we're seeing a horrible mental health crisis.
What we are kind of antidote to that is
comes down to that role of the human adult in our classroom.
And again, I believe that teachers, traditional teachers, they are heroes.
They go to work in a place that underpays them, overworks them, and underappreciates them.
It's no wonder that teachers are leaving the field in droves and that it's hard to find qualified people to come in and teach.
And what we have found is that our adults that we call guides, when their ability to focus on motivating and connecting and getting to know kids
helping kids feel seen and understood, giving them tools like growth mindset strategies, like coping tools for when they get frustrated or challenged.
It is such an important skill to be able to focus on.
And I think that's something that would help kids who are struggling, right?
If you had that adult, and you guys could probably answer this question, how many teachers, when you look back at your school years,
I would bet you had at least one teacher who you would say really changed your life.
Would you say that's true?

So actually, we have so much in common because I have two teachers that were really special to me, and they were phenomenal.
