It's not good.
Just watching TV all day is not good for you.
What we're doing is our students are using a screen to get this one-to-one tutoring experience.
And there is a huge difference between a kid who's getting engaged at the right level of difficulty so that their brain is activated and turned on and a kid sitting in a classroom where
Looking ahead at a teacher sitting like this, bored stiff, right?
And that's the question you have.
But I, myself, for my girls, we were a screen-free family, you know, for quite a while.
And when my girls finally were allowed to get on social media or have, you know, have phones or whatever, there's a lot of conversation that you have to have in order to make sure that young people and, frankly, adults, you know, know how to use it as a healthy tool.
Everyone can lie.
Everyone can lie.
And actually, you know, that's another skill that we teach our kids is the idea of both sides is that, you know, if you're going to present an argument, you need to be able to also argue the opposing side.
And we actually start that as young as kindergarten.
And we'll have kids work on something original.
really, really, you know, really crazy.
Are you guys ready for this?
I should have a later bedtime.
Mom and dad, this is why I, instead of going to bed at seven, you should be letting me go to bed at eight.
And so we'll have our young kids, we'll put together a presentation or a pitch to their parents about why they should get a later bedtime.
But then we have them also present the other side.
