And so a lot of times you'll hear excuses from kids.
And I say it's an excuse, but it's not their fault, which is, well, I didn't learn that because I didn't have a good teacher.
My teacher was bad.
And you know what?
Nowadays, we need to be experts in learning how to learn whatever it is we need to do.
It's very hard.
I will start with that.
And I will say we have not been accepted by a lot of traditional policymakers.
In fact, I tried in the United States to go through basically a public public access through charter schools.
I applied for charters in 10 states and was denied in nine of the 10 states.
And the reasons were, well, we don't know how this is working.
You know, we can't risk, you know, how kids are doing with something new.
You know, you have to have a teacher in order to do well, you know, all those kinds of things.
And so I do operate as a private model.
And one thing I just want to make super clear is.
For us, it's not about public or private.
It's about traditional one size fits all classrooms of teaching, which there are just as many private schools, you know, out doing that kind of teaching.
For us, it's about the idea of that one to one personalized learning experience.
But for what I've had to do is kind of go through a private channel.
And one of the things that's interesting about that kind of process, Alpha School is just one of the schools that I operate.
