We were so we needed to see each other so much that we just invited everybody, even if they weren't relevant.

They didn't get results.

And we were back to back in meetings.

It was a syndrome and we weren't getting the results we wanted.

My medical, you know, I was just using my medical terms there.

And we needed to heal that syndrome.

We needed to understand that all syndromes are on the spectrum.

So we needed to understand that.

And so I created some methods and some tools to heal meeting syndrome.

And that's why I was being interviewed by the FT.

And they were saying, oh, so you're like a meetings doctor.

You were a medical doctor.

Now you're a meetings doctor.

And it stuck.

And I quite like it.

So, yeah, I do help people get what they need out of the meetings, deal with what I call meeting monsters.

So those are challenging personalities in your meetings that either trigger you or threaten your meeting outcomes or whatever.

And by the way, the mute is one of those meeting monsters.
