Yeah, I think it's a really fascinating question because I do think there are examples where you might need to talk to a person, but you're maybe not ready to, or you're embarrassed to, or you think it's like a question that's too stupid to ask your friends. matched

Our ability to know where that line is between where it's being super helpful and where it starts being actually actively unhelpful becomes really difficult because the process is so smooth. matched

Yeah, I mean on the on the information front and the learning front, one study that was super I find this so interesting, as especially as somebody who is fully handed over their memory to their phone and cannot remember a single thing. matched
