Is that they did this study where they did MRIs of people's brains and asked them to remember something and they could see the memory in the brain.

And then they said to people, okay, well you can set a reminder, so for for the thing that you have to remember, and they just watched.

And so this is something that you can see on a on a screen from a scan.

And another example of this in students, so MIT, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, they they did a study with it was fifty four of their students and they got their students, put them in three groups and got them to write a series of essays.

And they one group was using ChatGPT to write their essay, another group was using Google, and then the third group was using the power of the old power of the brain um only.

And they did EEGs during the while the people were writing their essays.

And what they found

As the students were writing their essays, that the people who were using Chat GPT and Google to a kind of lesser amount had much lower brain activity and connectivity.

There just wasn't the same thinking going on.

And so when they then interviewed the students afterwards to ask them what was in your essay,

as, you know, this this perfect example, they couldn't remember.

They didn't know what was in the essay.

So that even if they had read through it, it it hadn't

It hadn't gone in.

And I think when I was doing the this research, there was a really great example, what they called um desirable difficulty.

So if you want to learn a skill and really get a handle on that skill and that skill to be kind of lodged in your brain, you know, the the neural pathways created, you have to do the the hard stuff.
