Yeah, it has been, I'd say, until very recently.

I went back to therapy and I did a very specific sort of therapy called EMDR, which is to shift that kind of residual trauma and any sort of PTSD reactions out of you.

And I have to say, I found it brilliant.

Amazing.

And I feel for the first time, I'd say over the last year when I finished my master's, I'm working with clients.

I think it's a combination of personal therapy, helping clients, self-discovery through five years of a psychotherapy course that eventually I can now.
