Like it's obviously a more mature, obviously.
Strength and resilience are two words people would always put beside my name.
But after doing the psychotherapy course, I've come to realise that strength and resilience can be heavy.
They're they take a lot of effort to always be strong.
She's the strong one.
She's everything on her own.
She's hyper independent, didn't need a man, always sitting in my masculine kind of energy because I had to be because I was the man of the house, you know, so I'd always be coping, always be coping.
And that's exhausting, Cathy, you know.
Sometimes you just want to be taken care of.
You want to be allowed to feel safe.
You want to be vulnerable.
You want to be open.
And I guess I've learned all of that through the last few years.
And that has allowed me to return to a new normal, which is infinitely better, infinitely more wise, infinitely more calm, more centered, more mature.
So I like the new me.
Despite.
Yeah, despite how I got there.
And would I want to go through that again to get here?
No.
