I think that it is difficult in moments when he is just filibustering to get him to stop talking.

It's obviously not treasonous.
But when he goes straight to that, I think that there what I think that the Trump era has shown more broadly, I would say both the first term and certainly this one is the limits of what daily journalism can do.
