I suppose the reason they were so widely supported is that in general, we know if you live in the West, you tend to be of a lower socioeconomic status.

You tend to have less money in your pocket anyway.

And things were biting hard anyway.

And then this gave people an outlet to say this is hurting us.

This is an opportunity to kick the people who we see responsible for it.
