I would see more than likely, as Shane Ross wrote today in the Sunday Independent, Galway West would be decided on transfer.
So while the likes of Sean Cain and Noel Thomas may probably enjoy a very good first preference, it's all going to come down to who gets the twos, threes, fours.
And that's where it becomes interesting.

But let's for a moment put ourselves in the shoes of, let's imagine a woman in a relationship, say, for example, domestic violence, for argument's sake.
We all know how difficult it is to get an appointment with a GP by phone or in person.
She might not have told the partner she's pregnant.
It might take her well over a week to get into that GP.
And if she's in rural Ireland, she might have to travel outside her county.
She might not have the money to go outside the county to find a GP.
She might have somebody controlling her phone.
And something that actually that came that was brought to my attention, there's a doctor in Cork, Dr. Sarah Fitzgibbon.
