So a lot of teachers and public sector workers will straight away get their house because I suppose they get offered a mortgage easier than maybe somebody that's in the private sector.
And so then the value on who has a house and who doesn't.
Some people put a lot of importance when they come to me for matchmaking about, well, I actually have a house.
