So that's when I had to reconsider my take on this issue.

And of course, it's not that my concerns have gone away.

Yeah, but I do remember I was in my friend's group.

I was the one who told all of my friends never get married, and I was the first one to get married.

Yeah, absolutely.

I hope that people will know me more by reading this book.

And this is the most personal reflections I have ever shared.

This is about my life, navigating my way through college.

I talk about mental health and friendships.

And, you know, I talk about how I am leading my life, doing advocacy and work for all girls who do not have equal opportunities.

Most importantly, for the Afghan girls who are banned from their education right now.

It's been more than four and a half years.
