But my best friends tell me that story because they were on the school bus with me.
And my very best friend, Muniba, she was sitting on my right, and
She tells me this story that two gunmen stopped the school bus and this one guy, he walks to the back of the bus and asks, who is Malala?
And I was not covering my face and he looked at me and then he pointed a gun at my head and pulled the trigger.
And I asked my friend, I said, like, did I scream?
Did I say anything?
how was I reacting in that moment?
And she said, you just held my hand really tight.
You were silent, you were looking at that person, but you were not saying anything, and you just held my hand really tight, that I could feel the pain for days, and then you fell into my lap.
They also went through a lot of trauma, because I was recovering from the Taliban bullet injury,
It had caused facial paralysis, hearing loss, and swelling in my head as well.
