You know, the Taliban are erasing women from public life, but we need to do everything we can to make them visible and ensuring that there is a protection for women in the international law.
It gives me hope that these crimes that the Taliban are committed would not be repeated against women and girls anywhere in the world.
I wish I could agree with you.
But for me, when I think about millions of Afghan women and girls who still have to live under the Taliban, and an 11-year-old girl is terrified just as I was, and they are not just limiting them.
They're threatening them.
They're punishing them.
They're putting them in prisons.
It scares me.
And for me, true win is when it doesn't happen to me and to any girl in the world.

I always say they shot the wrong person.
They made a big mistake.
So we are on this journey to ensure that we change the world for girls.
