And then lastly, let's go to South Memphis where an entire county, because of the work of XAI,

and their data center has poisoned the entire community where everyone has developed asthma and more.

We're not going to agree on this one, but that's okay.

There are a lot of necessary important items that this council can fund, and they can be funded with a significant amount of the money that is generated from these.

Now, those who have spoken tonight have brought up many significant concerns, and I am certain that the council will address those concerns and study those concerns and do everything they can to make sure that we as a community can walk and chew gum at the same time.

There are multiple ways that we can be good environmental stewards.
