What you're describing there picks up on something that I didn't ask you about, which is the structure of the text and the relationship with the bodhisattva stages.
Because if I'm hearing you right, one thing that seems a little different from how Chandrakirti is laying things out, even though he's doing what a lot of modern philosophers do, think about the conceptual space, identify competing views and so on, this is all in the service of a goal for
practitioners of Buddhism and others who are trying to achieve some sort of soteriological, ethical sort of telos here.

But of course, there's a distinction between conventional and ultimate truth that is important in the text.

So I'm curious, can you unpack a little bit about what this distinction is between conventional and ultimate truth for Chandra Kirti?
And then how does his view, his claims, how do they fit in here?
Is his view not something that is ultimately true?
