And it is a pretty good thing if like – because I kind of weaned it into journalism.
And I had no idea what I was doing, seriously.
It was like –
like my early journalism stories are really embarrassing but um but um so at some point like mid-career a lot of people like like so what should i do now and then they do the masters and it's only one year so um you only take it's not like a phd where you're taking like multi
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So it's only one year.
So like it gives you the time to just kind of like reflect on what you want to do.
And so it was a pretty like – it was super intense.
But yeah, it was really helpful just in like having –
Um, like not so much the journalism course itself, like to be honest, but like certain professors I met along, like during my time there who are really, really, um, beneficial in just the way that they saw again, like the way that they saw things.
Yeah.
Um, yes, but the really big difference between, um, my experiences and a lot of the people who come here, like, um, is that I have family here.
So it helps me feel a lot more grounded.
So a lot of people, like, I know after a few years, they feel really homesick because they miss their family.
And then there's like family commitments and then they start questioning where is home and stuff like that.
So even though, um, a lot of my best friends are like in Australia, like,
Because I do have family there, it really makes a huge difference into, like, where I consider to be home.
If they weren't here, then I might feel very differently about it.
And also...
Like Japan is a pretty good place if you're a curious person.
