As it leads to conversation and dialogue right now in our generation, that loneliness epidemic actually that the Surgeon General put on 2023, that actually correlates to every generation.

That wasn't specifically focused on young people.

That there's a loneliness crisis, I think, across the country.

And so one of the things I ask myself, honestly, and I'm curious, I don't know if you have thoughts on this, is that

While we are connected, are we really connected?

Are the quality of those connections authentic?

And I genuinely pose that as a curiosity because I've only grown up in this age of social media.

And so I think in some ways we live in an illusion.

I'm curious if that at all resonates.

Yes, yes.

My main thought there was just that –

We have all the material advantages in the world right now as a civilization, as a country, and yet there's a crisis of mental health and there's a crisis around loneliness.

And I think that that comes from a fundamental lack of purpose.

And I think a lot of people...

genuinely feel that they have material benefits around them.

They've got material needs met.

But I think a lot of people just wonder, what's the point?

What's the bigger purpose?

And I think when you live at this moment of extreme disruption, you put up that Yale poll earlier.
