I had a really nice story from Pinto's autobiography about making Snow White.
Oh, yeah.
He was also a fantastic musician.
I think he played the clarinet.
And they have a deleted scene about soup.
And it's just a really long stint of them singing about soup.
But the way they created the noises were actually having soup every day, making all of these slurping, gurgling sounds, but in harmony with each other, like a seven-part harmony for each of the dwarves.
And they had a really big argument about what liquid it should be because no one wanted to eat soup first thing in the morning for like days on end creating this song.
So they were going to use water, but that wasn't like slurpy, gurgly enough.
Then they all decided beer.
We'll just do beer.
We all love beer.
But it was too frothy and it wasn't going to make the slurping noises that they wanted.
So they landed on buttermilk.
So they spent nearly a week just slurping buttermilk and created this incredible song.
