If they start just rambling on about, I can do this, I can do that, and start using a lot of technical jargon, yeah, they're missing the point.
That's talking about them rather than focusing on you.

And it's the good thing about our profession, the way it's set up is that a fee that they charge you a fee can only last a year.
So pretty well next year, you have to sign a document.
I think it's still called an annual fee disclosure statement to say that, you know, here are all the services you've been provided.
You're happy with it and you're happy to continue on for another 12 months.
And it can always be stopped at any time.
So that's the good thing that's also changed now in our profession is it's not, you're paying for a fee and five years later, oh, I've never heard from that person again.
