It's a company called GraphCorps that's coming there that'll be their US engineering headquarters, but

Uh just to start at the beginning, I think this is a tough issue for a couple of reasons here.

One is

Like we've talked about, like the staff presentation, there's some nuance here in terms of co-located data centers, in terms of cloud-based AI data centers, in terms of things that we decide we need here to serve our higher ed and our hospitals and other vital industries, and things that uh we decide aren't necessary.

They could be held in a different state or different country because we don't have to have them here.

There's not a

proximity requirement.

And then there's also this instance that we're getting into that I'm talking about where you've got these sort of businesses that might be in data adjacent spaces that might require some of the compute power of data centers, but not actually be data centers themselves, which creates, I think, a a separate challenge for us to think through.

And so while I appreciate that we're moving in this direction of

prohibiting large data centers or hyperscalers, and I agree with that position wholeheartedly.

I think the real challenge is gonna be hashing out where do we draw our line, right?

Is it gonna be at seventy megawatts, which is just short of what the state considers these large data centers?

Uh is it uh and the presentation indicated this morning.

And again that threshold is important to me because if we're talking at a a potential fifty megawatt uh data center

that has already been approved under current zoning under the commercial

uh allowance that

we've got, then that would be

certainly a significant change for where we've currently have been for the last couple of decades.
