So some of y'all are familiar with the three M campus off twenty two twenty two.

We call it High Point now.

Uh it was recently sold again to a company called Softbank.

And we have been told up until very recently the intent was for advanced R and D.

And uh and the challenge is there's some stuff that came out, their own information apparently that put out that was inaccurate.

Suggesting it was a single tenant wholesale data center with a fifty megawatt critical IT load.

uh three data center halls, office space, bench lab, etcetera, we're told that um that was a mistake on their part.

And

But it does raise a concern and this is what I want to get to, which is is it possible rather than sort of being surprised, like they they were surprised when we indicated they buy they'd be one of the largest uh AE customers and uh and we were certainly surprised by the confusion around this item.

or this particular project, I am interested in in seeing if we can if you guys would be okay with bringing forward an amendment or we can bring forward an amendment that does ask for periodic reporting of the large scale changes uh or th the changes in large scale customers for industrial and commercial so that we can at least be aware of or do some due diligence around projects in the future and not

kind of run up to the wire about trying to understand what these projects entail.

uh through projects, uh because it may take some time for us to it sounds like approve the final version of our data center policy if we're starting with just

I'm asking if it's possible to get updates on large scale customer changes

in that you're extending service to so that we're able to do due diligence on our end and not be caught unawares of um projects that might have implications in the data center space or in other spaces that we might need to be aware of.
