so that's law already since 1999 the what mia banta was doing is adding to it um it's been added to it it's called the safe at home act um and it's supposed to um as you know the 90s were kind of you may not know this they were kind of an issue uh with uh pete wilson
trying to bring the proposition 187, which was like nothing for illegals.
And then there was the other side that were like, no, everything for, for, for illegals.
So it was created under the, in 1999, uh, for, to protect such groups, like he was saying, and others that assist, uh, illegal immigrants from somebody creating kind of like a, a list online where they could be attacked.
as attorneys or as whatever they are, you know, doctors too, that do assist illegal immigrants.
So I see it as a challenge to the First Amendment to be able to speak out about
it's my opinion that I want to talk about the people that are doing this.
Why am I not allowed to put a list online of them?
If they're so proud of it, why can't I just publish that?
So I think it needs to be challenged.
