I have established pediatrician referrals.

And I was actually offered a space in the pediatrician's office.

However, I had just moved to our new house and it was just too far of a commute.

So I had to change the zip code areas that I was servicing.

That was just like a great opportunity.

And then I hired my first virtual assistant.

I hired her for six weeks because I was in the stage of overwhelm with building a house.

Being a mom, being a wife, and my family and my husband are the top priority.

So my business will never take priority over them.

So if I can't build a business where I can be with my family and travel with my husband, then I don't want a part of that business.

So that's why I love being in the driver's seat of my phone business.

It is so empowering.

It is so amazing.

I actually just hired another therapist to come on PRN as a feeding therapist because I do not do feeding.

I was forced to do feeding when I was an employee.

But guess what?

I am now the boss, so I'm no longer doing feeding therapy.

Yes, exactly.

And I just literally will be the first to hire a biller once I learn how to do it myself.
