You have to get over your fear.

And so I was fearful of insurance, right?

And then I was also fearful when I first started.

What if I fail?

What if nobody calls me?

Like my fear of failure, it's pretty up there with my type A minus-ish type personality because I am going to do something.

I want to be the best at it.

And I sure as heck don't want to fail.

Once you overcome that fear and get out of analysis paralysis, I also just thought that was a buzzword until I was in it.

And I was like, why do I feel like this?
