I hardly read what he's going to do from the middle as a forward line player.

So the more we play together, the greater that database and bank of database that we get of each player and what we can and can't do, that evolution is going to be the key for us going forward.

a hundred percent um i mean sometimes people forget this is a you know 20 21 year old kid or 20 year old kid that um has gone through probably more than you know an elliot yo who's in game 200 currently um the scrutiny that he's under both on and off the field everywhere we go even a captain's run yesterday just you know the amount of kids that flock to him and he's such a giving person he's so he's so kind-hearted and he wants to do well for everybody and he wants everybody to feel

welcome and a part of the team so I've seen him in just this small sample size this year especially just grow and yeah there's still going to be more challenges to come but I think he's got a great mindset and a great resource around him in the people and you know many as a coach to just back himself in and go for it.

Yeah, and you have to.

I mean, we're in the same boat as coaches.

We need to continue to evolve as we and the game style evolves.

So obviously, Mini had a plan coming into the year when he first came in, and now we're understanding what players can and can't do.

So I think there's a little bit more of an understanding of how hard we can push and what levers we need to...

either push forward or take back.

So, no, he's obviously working a lot closely more on the bench now and able to give that feedback more directly and more quickly.

So I feel like he's better suited to down on the bench because of that.

And then upstairs, obviously, we can control what we're seeing and feed that.

I believe so, yeah, and it's certainly something that we have gone after in the last couple of weeks and more so this week again.

But, yeah, obviously the simplicity of it and predictability is the key.

So any messaging that we give to them and just making sure that they're going out with clear mind and able to execute really.

So obviously contest is first and foremost.
