What I would ask is very clear what the council's position is.

Um the chief has done a great job with her team talking to different entities within our community.

Um concepts like trying to fund a non-congregate shelter, uh many things that uh Councilmember Owens talked about.

things that are a along the mental health spectrum also.

So I have a strong sense of where the council's position is.

I would just like to give the chief and her team an opportunity to have conversations with some of the partners that she has talked to up to this point, if that's fair.
