It is extremely complicated to get three bodies to approve one budget.

I started off by saying this is a very good budget.

and I don't think it's going to be a problem because there's constant communication between the three bodies.

I had to step out for a moment, so I'd be remiss if I didn't say that employees are number one with this, absolutely, full stop.

And that's the most important thing.

Brenda and I sent a letter out to employees.

The big thing is no one will lose their job.

No one will lose their benefits.

No one will lose their accrued leave or the sick leave bank.

No one loses their tenure.

They remain in the retirement system.

And that's in the act.

And that's so important to keep employees first.
