N yeah.
So now we're a blended mix.
But our account managers are now full time employees and they've been developed into the role of account managers.
Which is necessary too to give them goals and give them responsibilities and, you know, KPIs which you can't really expect from contractors.

And some capacity?

I'm now much more of like a fleshed out, structured team, whereas you know, six months ago or a year ago I was just like a bit of a free for all with contractors here and there, which is very hard to grow that way.
I do, yes.
I also have a degree in journalism too, which I think bleeds massively into the podcast.

And you know, when I was
Yeah, and growing up I was this was back when blogging was like a cool thing, but I went through h a s a phase of having like three or four different blogs.
Like I had music blogs where I would write up articles, I'd design the banner image, I'd write the title and I'd be marketing it on Twitter and Instagram.
So I've been kind of like curating and distributing content for ages.
