And I think when you look at the number of people who have been injured, it does give you a sense that the evacuations have gone well.
At the start of this week, we only knew of just one person who sadly passed away, a 78-year-old man outside of Valencia.

But then at the same time, Brad, we talked to one guy, a 58-year-old driver who can't get back to his home.
He told us he slept in his car for the better part of a week because the shelter was full, he told us.
He just grabbed whatever he could and left.
So there was a lot of smoke.

We did spend some time at a shelter west of Madrid that had several hundred people there.
It's a massive effort, and it doesn't seem like it's going to be over anytime soon.
Yeah, so they hope that they can make some progress with these fires.
In Spain, on Monday, the interior minister said that they had a 48-hour window, they thought, to try to get ahead, to take advantage of cooler temperatures and also perhaps a little bit more humidity to try to get ahead of the flames that have been spreading.
Tomorrow, the temperatures are expected to surpass 100 degrees again.
In France, crews were able to make some progress with the fire that's burning in Giron, near Bordeaux.
Obviously a lot of Americans know that area and they vacationed there.
While they were able to make some progress, they still say that it's not under control and it is still threatening some urban areas.
The potential bad news, Brad, is the forecast indicates that not only will there be another heat wave this week for France and other parts of Europe, but then, as I just mentioned a moment ago, the temperatures are expected to rise above 100 degrees again in Spain.
And that will do nothing to help this situation.
