So the first thing is, and you know, and my husband and I do this all the time.
And if you don't have a partner, find somebody who is on your team and is supportive and where you can talk through things.
And so, you know, we do a lot of, okay, this is, you know, the planning piece.
Like this is what my concerns are.
This is what I'm worried about.
Putting it out on the table, just like you said earlier, just putting it in front of us so that we can really kind of go into things as a team and making a plan.
Also doing that helps us to mentally prepare so that when it does happen, we're not surprised.
And...
It's not this huge shock of, oh, it's, oh, okay, you know, check, you know, kind of the, you know, dysfunctional family bingo is one of my favorite tools.
And we can put the link to that on as part of this.
But it's, you know, just so often we already know how people are going to be and what they're going to do and what they're going to say.
And we act surprised when they do it.
So dysfunctional family bingo is putting it all out there and saying, okay, this is what I know typically happens.
And we do this for our son, too.
It's not just like other people.
It's like, okay, he's going to make that hacking noise, like, you know, in the most inopportune time.
