Back in 2014, almost a year after Tevin Elliott was convicted, Baylor hired her as its first full-time Title IX coordinator.

For the first time, students had somewhere to go on campus with sexual assault allegations.

Increasingly, it started to feel like the university didn't actually want her doing the job she'd been hired to do.

That feeling intensified after she presented to the Board of Regents.

That became even clearer after the fallout from the Pepper Hamilton report.

As we know, Baylor fired its coach, its president, its athletic director.

Now, it just wanted to move on.
