So um, you know, we're we're continuing to um

Support both ends of the life sciences ecosystem.

And then we're seeing more and more investment into workforce development, whether it's the program we run with the Department of Education to train life uh to train teachers on how to teach life sciences and biotech in the classroom, uh, or apprenticeship efforts like we've seen one by uh an industrial biotech company by um called Manus out in Augusta, Georgia, and they're they just won a biomade grade.

grants and you know we're working with Nimble on a variety of projects.

There's a lot of upskilling and talent and work at the technical level that Georgia's really putting a lot of path a lot of effort into to make um pathways visible and practical and creating more awareness of the industry, which I which you can dive into later, I think is a is a real challenge the industry has p when you get outside of the the heav the deep the big markets in the you know the Northeast and the West Coast.

Yeah, yeah.

Um, I think those are two of I'd say three big reasons.

Um, I'd also add infrastructure in into that as well.

Uh there is a physical challenge.

I mean I

probably get a call from partners at Georgia Tech or an independent company asking for clean room space on a monthly basis, if not twice monthly, or a small lab space.

I have deep relationships with real estate companies and brokers now because I'm just trying to find out who has available space because of how much we're innovating in our universities.

You know, in Emory and Georgia Tech and Georgia State are all within 15

Minutes of each other.

That's three R ones right there, not to mention the research happening at Morehouse School of Medicine.

Absolutely.

Um, you know, so those are four universities within 15 minutes of each other, all in one place, doing amazing research, uh develop creating amazing talent and all that.

But um, yeah, so I think the mid level and senior executive talent continues to be an issue.
