have uh certain s level talent be based elsewhere.

I have many CEOs that are based in New York or Boston or Jersey or California, but uh they're in in a lot of those executives that oftentimes are recruited in by a board, um

They stay in those places and they do wanna keep their teams are in Atlanta or in Athens, Georgia, and um they wanna keep that talent and those innovators together and they know a lot of people once they do land in the south.

Uh with all due respect to my northeast friends, we don't have the snow that you guys have to deal with.

Um so um we uh we speak people do tend to like our environment quite a bit once they get down here.

So um it's it's i it it's a challenge and we can continue to lend in that hybrid space, but getting

recruiting that talent down here when you don't have the density of industry and they they see, okay, I have this one opportunity, but once that, you know, pans out, once I get through that whatever, three to five, seven years with that company, I'm gonna have to move again because there's nowhere for me to go because the into industry is a dense that continues to be a challenge.

And I think that's a challenge for not just um the Southeast, but I would say many states in uh any state that just has a great

growing sector, but it isn't huge either.

That could be the Midwest, it could be a lot of different places.

Yeah.

So um that's a challenge.

I don't know what the perfect solution is.

I I do believe uh finding ways to

um incentivize people to up and move from the regions outside of our lovely weather and and a an airport that can get you to Boston over 30 something times a day is is fine, is the reason to do that.

But um we need to continue to tell the story.

And that will come down to um continued growth of the sector, economic development wins in partnership with our economic development partners and and things like that.

So um there's that.

So talent is always a challenge.
