Even community to help support the small companies as they scale.
There's some great projects that we see at some of our universities.
Georgia Tech just launched a MedTech initiative, for example.
But it's those programs tend to be very isolated within the university.
So really finding that community, that culture to help outside of an academic setting that helps companies thrive and grow, it continues to be a challenge.
But we're moving in the right direction.
UGA has done some really innovative stuff in collaboration in the Athens area with Invest Athens, with the big companies up there like BI, Meisner's building a seven-building facility up there, and JJ to really have those public and private relationships in order to help build an ecosystem in that one area of Georgia to help companies thrive.
And stay and remain in Georgia in that Athens region and it's working, it's paying off.
I mean, I have companies that are looking to move into Georgia and they don't want to be in Atlanta.
They're saying, I want to be in Athens because they have that type of community and that culture.
Um now that's Athens is much smaller in Atlanta, so they have the capability of doing that.
But um, I think you know, workforce and talent uh at that mid-to-level is moving in the right direction and it's moving quicker than it used to be.
Um
It is continues to be a challenge for for everybody.
Pricing is is is a challenge, is a complicated issue.
And I, you know, we understand where the administration's coming from and um we want patients to
To have the medicines they need and um at an affordable price.
That is very clear.
