Built the kids a playhouse during lockdown with a huge tower and a bridge and everything and swings off it.

He just had every practical skill going and he loved to cook as well.

So he made the best like fries, barbecues, anything really, a Sunday roast.

And at Christmas, it was always him that was cooking.

He was sort of head of the kitchen and the rest of us were just in his world, like doing what we were told.

Because when I had met him when I was 16, he was 19 and he was a restaurant manager at night and a digger driver during the day.
